Welcome to www.murwillumbah.com.au, the new online home of the Murwillumbah District Business Chamber.

The Murwillumbah Chamber works to maximise opportunities for local business. Recent achievements include:

• securing an $80,000 Federal Government grant to install CCTV cameras in the Murwillumbah CBD;
• a television marketing campaign to promote Murwillumbah as a shopping destination; and
• negotiations with Tweed Shire Council on issues relevant to local business such as parking.

Coming events

The Chamber holds Murwillumbah Breakfasts on the first Tuesday of each month except January, from 7.00AM to 8.30AM at the Murwillumbah Services Club, Wollumbin Street, Murwillumbah. 

The Breakfasts are chaired by Chamber Vice President Murray Lees and always include interesting and relevant speakers, including members of parliament, small business specialists, and representatives of local community groups.

The breakfast are open to all.  The cost is $20 per person which includes a full breakfast.  To book your place at the next event, please email secretary@murwillumbah.biz .

How to join

Membership of the Chamber is open to businesses trading in the Murwillumbah district.  Fees start from just $66 per year.  To apply for membership or find out more, please contact any of the directors below.
